Offering a unified, comprehensive, total-team perspective on organizational strategy, operations and the requisites for sustained superior personal and organizational performance. PHASE 1: Pre-Seminar Assessment Phase will provide a solid foundation for executive competency assessment. Prior to seminar attendance, two Harvard Business Review articles will be sent to each attendee/delegate for review aimed at providing executive development insights. Next, two assessments, including management/leadership and personality/emotional ntelligence will be given confidentially, on-line with immediate results with comments and recommendations for each attendee to review prior to coming to Phase 2 - The two-day seminar.
